Immerse in the tasting journey around the Istrian countryside!
Take a small break from the seaside and enjoy the green Istria where history lives surrounded by fascinating landscapes. You will visit Motovun, the monument itself, located on top of the hill surrounded by 11th-century walls whose interior preserves the rich treasure of cultural-monumental. Take a walk around the city and feel what it was like to live in ancient medieval times. If Anthony Bourdain loved it, you will love it!. We continue our journey along the river Mirna towards Hum (the smallest town in the world) for sightseeing and visit of destilery Aura museum with tasting of their exclusive traditional products like jams, brandies made of wild herbs and fruits picked in an ecologically clean environment on the slopes of Učka mountain. During the visit of the museum, you will also learn about the production process, and you will taste brandies, jams, cookies and chocolate all made with wild herbs and fruits.
Hotel departure followed by:

11:30 – departure from Motovun
12:00 – arrival to Hum, sightseeing and visit of museum, tastings
